The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is one of the most anticipated Smartphones of 2018. Following the whole Note 7 explosion fiasco of last year and the expected tough competition from this year’s Apple iPhone 2017 lineup, it will be interesting to know what Samsung has to offer with the Galaxy Note 8.
Earlier we had posted reports about a possible Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch to happen in August. Well, confirming this report, we now have Samsung sending out press invites for an Unpacked event slated to happen on 23 August 2017.
Even though nothing much about the Galaxy Note 8 can be decoded from the press invites, it is clear that the Note 8 will also feature the Infinity Display as we have seen in the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Even though no hard evidence is available as of now on what will be powering the Note 8, latest rumors point to a similar internal hardware to that of the Samsung Galaxy S8, which includes the Snapdragon 835/Exynos 8895 chipset and 4GB RAM. The Note 8 will retain the unibody glass construction and will also be water and dust resistant.
Stay tuned with us to get all the latest updates on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
