Everybody knows an on-screen fingerprint scanner will be a game changer. And Apple and Samsung are working hard to bring the tech to their flagship lineups. Apple has long been rumored to be working on the new Touch ID. Apple’s 10th anniversary iPhone is the next big thing coming this year. And it is said to have an on-screen fingerprint sensor as well as a bezel-less display.

iPhone 8 placeholder

Now, a new leaked photo coming out of Shenzen is also proving the same thing. The image slide comes from a presentation event and presents some purported specs of the iPhone 8.
As such, The slide reveals chiefly the display as 5.8-inch OLED display with 2.5D glass and also 3D Touch. The photo also doesn’t show the Touch ID at the front. As doubted by GSMArena, this might be a placeholder and as such we too would advise you to take it with a real pinch of salt.
