Xiaomi launches Mi Mix 2 Starck Edition with a price tag of 4999 Yuan

Xiaomi launched their second generation true bezel-less phone Mi Mix 2 in September. In India, they launched the phone last month. Today the company has launched a limited edition variant of Mi Mix 2 which is dubbed as Mi Mix 2 Starck Edition. The device will have Starck’s signature inscribed on the back. Philippe Starck is the designer of the Mi Mix series.

Mi Mix 2 Strack Edition

Xiaomi launched Mi Mix 2 in two variants – a fully ceramic version and a ceramic version with aluminium alloy frame. The ceramic variant comes with 8GB of RAM with 128GB onboard storage while the aluminium alloy frame variant comes with 6GB RAM with up to 256GB of internal storage. Mi Mix 2 Starck Edition will have 8GB RAM with 128GB of storage.

Mi Mix 2 Strack Edition

Mi Mix 2 features a 5.99-inch FullHD+ Display (2160×1080 pixels) with Snapdragon 835 SoC, 12MP Sony IMX386 snapper and a 5MP snapper on the front. Out of the box, the handset will run on Android 7 Nougat with MIUI 9 on the top. To keep the lights on, the device has a 3,400mAh battery. It supports Quick Charge 3.0 for fast charging.

Mi Mix 2 Starck Edition comes with a price tag of 4,999 Yuan ($758). The device will go on sale from November 28th.
