Smartron with 5.5-inch Display, 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 652 launched in India


Smartron has launched their new smartphone in India. The device is named after Sachin Tendulkar. Let’s check out the specs of this device.

Smartron features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top. The device is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 SoC along with LPDDR3 4GB of RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. The internal storage comes in two variants 32GB and 64GB. Out of the box, the device runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat which can be upgraded to Android O later.


At the back of the device, it has a 13MP shooter with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF. While on the front, it has a 5MP camera with wide-angle lens. The device supports Dual SIM with 4G VoLTE. It also has a Fingerprint sensor at the back and unlimited tcloud cloud storage. Under the hood, the device has a 3000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 support for fast charging.

Smartron is priced at Rs. 12,999 for 32GB variant and Rs. 13,999 for the 64GB variant. The device will be available exclusively on Flipkart and you will get a Sachin Tendulkar signature at the back for a limited time.
