Honor 7X officially launched in India, pricing starts at Rs. 12999

As promised, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched its latest smartphone Honor 7X at an event in London. Back in October, the company introduced this device in China which is the successor of 6X. Let’s check out the specifications of the device.

Honor 7X sports a 5.93-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor along with MaliT830-MP2 GPU and 4GB RAM. The device comes in 64GB and 128GB onboard storage variants. The memory is expandable up to 256GB via microSD. Out of the box, Honor 7X runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on the top.

In the camera segment, Honor 7X packs dual rear camera set up of 16MP + 2MP with LED flash, Portrait Mode, PDAF with ultra focus. While on the front, there is an 8MP shooter with Portrait mode. The smartphone has a full metal body and the fingerprint scanner is placed at the back panel. The handset offers 4G VoLTE connectivity with Hybrid Dual SIM support. It is equipped with a 3,340mAh non-removable battery.

Honor 7X comes with price tag of Rs. 12999 for 32GB storage variant and Rs. 15999 for the 64GB variant. The smartphone will be available on Amazon.in and Honor online store from 7th December.
