Realme GT Neo 5 SE to feature 6.74-inch 1.5K OLED 144Hz Display

Realme has been teasing its latest phone, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE, for quite some time now. Today, the company officially confirmed the phone’s display specifications and provided a glimpse of its front design. Along with that, Digital Chat Station, a reliable tipster, also shared a lifestyle image of the phone.

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE features a flat display with a centrally located punch-hole. The screen offers a resolution of up to 1.5K and has a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. In addition, the display supports 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, making it easier on the eyes.

DCS, in his leak, stated that the OLED display of the GT Neo 5 SE measures 6.74 inches and offers a maximum brightness of 1,400 nits. It also has a built-in fingerprint sensor, which adds a layer of security. The slim bezels surrounding the display provide an impressive screen-to-body ratio.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s latest chipset, the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2, along with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The top-end variant of the device could be equipped with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The phone has a battery capacity of up to 5,500mAh, which supports 100W rapid charging.

In terms of camera, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE boasts a 64-megapixel triple camera setup on the rear and a 16-megapixel selfie snapper on the front. The device will run on the Realme UI 4.0-based Android 13 operating system.

The GT Neo 5 SE is expected to be priced between 2,000 Yuan ($290) and 3,000 Yuan ($436). The phone will be available in at least two shades: Final Fantasy and Black. The official launch of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is scheduled for April 4 in China.
