Sonny Dickson, who has leaked some unofficial screenshots of an iOS support app. These screenshots show that the app will tie into a user’s Apple ID, and all of the Apple devices that are linked to that ID.
The leaks said that if a user is facing a problem with his iOS device, then the user can type in the issue section to receive some printed hints on how to fix the problem. If the problem persists or beyond the conditions of the app, then the user can chat with an advisor via text, or schedule an appointment with a nearby Apple Store. It is expected that the app will come pre-installed on iOS devices in the future! Or maybe the user has to download and install it manually from the App store.
But It is clear that Apple is working on to take the pressure off of the employees and Apple Stores.
