Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro with 3GB RAM, 13MP Camera, Fingerprint sensor announced


After the announcement of Redmi 3 earlier this year Xiaomi has announced Redmi 3 Pro today in China. Redmi 3 Pro packs a 32GB internal storage, 13MP rear Camera and 5-inch HD display. Lets checkout other key specifications of this smartphone.

Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro comes with a 5-inch HD IPS Display (1280×720 pixels) with 294 ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor along with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. The internal memory is 32GB which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD card. The smartphone will come with Android Lollipop out of the box with MIUI 7 on the top of it.

The primary camera is 13MP with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF which can record upto 1080p videos. The front-facing camera is 5MP with f/2.2 aperture which can also record 1080p videos.

The smartphone comes with a Fingerpront sensor and Hybrid Dual SIM where the second slot can be used as a MicroSD card. The device supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.1. It is packed with a huge 4100mAh battery which will ensure better battery life in daily use.

Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro is priced 899 yuan which is equivalent to Rs. 9190 in INR. The device comes in Gray, Silver and Gold color variants and it will be up for sale in China from 6th April along with Mi 5 Pro.
