Vivo just announced its two new smartphones in China; Vivo S15 and Vivo S15 Pro. Let’s check out the specifications of these devices.
Specifications of Vivo S15
Vivo S15 features a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by Snapdragon 870 processor.
Vivo S15 comes in three memory variants; 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Out of the box, it offers Android 12 with Origin OS Ocean and dual SIM functionality.
At the back, Vivo S15 features a triple camera setup which includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera.’
On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera. The smartphone also offers an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device packs a 4500mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
Specifications of Vivo S15 Pro
Vivo S15 Pro packs a 6.56-inch 120Hz HDR10+ AMOLED display with in-display fingerprint sensor. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor with vapor chamber cooling.
It comes in two variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Out of the box, S15 Pro offers Android 12 with Origin OS Ocean on top of it.
The main highlight of the Vivo S15 Pro is its camera module. It features a custom 50MP IMX766V primary lens along with a 12MP 119° ultra-wide lens and a 2MP B&W portrait lens. The primary camera comes with OIS and Hummingbird stabilization. On the front, S15 Pro has a 32MP camera to take care of the selfies.
Vivo S15 Pro packs a 4500mAh battery under the hood which supports 80W fast charging.
Pricing of Vivo S15 and Vivo S15 Pro
Vivo S15 is priced at 2699 yuan (Rs. 31000 approx.) for the 8GB/128GB model, 2999 yuan (Rs. 34500 approx.) for the 8GB/256GB model and 3299 yuan (Rs. 38000 approx.) for the 12GB/256GB model. Vivo S15 will be available in Black, Blue and Golden color variants.
Vivo S15 Pro will be available in Black and Blue color variants and it is priced at 3399 yuan (Rs. 39000 approx.) for the 8GB model and 3699 yuan (Rs. 43000 approx.) for the 12GB model. Both the devices will be available in the Chinese market from May 27th.
