Nokia 5 with 5.2-inch Display, Android Nougat Announced for 189 Euros

Nokia has introduced its new mid-range smartphone Nokia 5 at today’s event MWC 2017 in Barcelona. As expected, it sports a 5.2-inch HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Nokia 5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 2GB RAM and Adreno 505. The device will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

At the front, it has an 8MP front-facing camera with wide-angle lens and a physical home button which also works as the Fingerprint sensor. Looking at the back, it sports a 13MP rear-facing camera with dual-tone flash. The back is totally made of a single piece aluminium which gives you 3D like feel.

Nokia 5 has 16GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. It supports 4G LTE facility. The device will come in both variants single SIM and dual SIM. The device will also have Google Services preloaded and the company has promised regular updates.

Nokia 5 comes with a price tag of 189 Euros (Rs. 13,300 approx) and will be available in Q2 2017 with 4 color variants. Nokia has also launched their legendary Nokia 3310 at MWC which fulfill every Nokia fan’s wish.
