Nokia 5 which went on sale offline from 15th August in India is now available to buy online at Croma and Tata Cliq for Rs 12499. The device was announced as the offline-centric smartphone but the availability on online portals hints that the handset will be available to buy from Online too. Later it might be available in other e-Commerce portals.
HMD Global launched Nokia 3, 5 as an offline exclusive smartphone while Nokia 6 as an online-centric smartphone. Nokia 6 will be up for sale on Amazon from August 23 while Nokia 3 and 5 are now available from Croma and Tata Cliq. The websites show the device will be shipped within 3-4 days.
Nokia 5 comes with a 5.2-inch HD IPS LCD display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection, Snapdragon 430, 2GB RAM, and 16GB onboard storage. The primary camera is a 13MP shooter while the front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter. The device runs on latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat which can be later upgraded to Android O. To keep the lights on, the device sports a 3000mAh battery under the hood.
