MIUI 8 was announced last month in China. After a lot of tests by Devs the China Developer Rom is finally available. The Developer version is 6.6.16 and now rolling out in China. Those who are using previous Developer Rom will be notified directly to update. Those who are not they have to flash it. The process is given at the official forum.
