Today Asus has introduced its latest Zenfone Max Plus (M1) smartphone in Russia which is the successor of last year’s Zenfone Max. Let’s check out the specs of the device.

Zenfone Max Plus sports a 5.7-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with the resolution of 2160×1080 pixels, 18:9 aspect ratio, and 80% screen-to-body ratio. The performance of the system is managed by an Octa-Core 1.5 GHz MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor along with Mali-T860 GPU. In terms of RAM and storage, the smartphone comes in two variants; 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB with microSD. The handset runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box with ZenUI 4.0 on the top.

At the back of the device, there’s a dual camera setup featuring 16MP & 8MP sensors with LED Flash, PDAF, and f/2.0 aperture. The secondary sensor on this device offers 120-degree wide-angle lens to take group photos. For selfies, there is an 8MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The device has unibody metal design and the fingerprint sensor is placed at the back panel. Apart from these, the handset supports 4G VoLTE connectivity over dedicated dual SIM slot. Zenfone Max Plus gets its juice from a large 4130mAh non-removable battery which offers up to 24 days standby time and 24 hours of talk time.

For now, the pricing is not confirmed yet but it will be available in Russia soon. The device comes in Gold, Silver and Black color variants.
