About two weeks ago leakster Roland Quandt shared some key specifications of ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2. Now he is back again with another leak where he has shared all the specs along with the press renders of these upcoming smartphones.
According to Roland Quandt’s leak on WinFuture, ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2 will have a very similar design. The main difference will be in specifications. The first thing we have noticed here is that the Pro variant will have a smaller notch and slightly thicked chin than the non-Pro variant. While the non-Pro variant will have a metal back the Pro variant will feature the glass back.
Coming to the specs sheet, both the phones will feature 6-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and the resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. Zenfone Max Pro M2 will sport Snapdragon 660 SoC with 4GB of RAM while the non-Pro variant will house a Snapdragon 636 SoC with 4GB of RAM.
The non-Pro variant is expected to come in 32GB and 64GB storage variants while the Pro variant is likely to come in 64GB and 128GB storage options. Both the devices will have a microSD slot to expand the storage.
Zenfone Max Pro M2 will sport 12MP+5MP dual cameras with LED Flash and Sony IMX486 sensor. While the non-Pro variant will feature a 13MP snapper at the back. There’s no information available regarding the secondary rear sensor.
A recent leak shows off that the Pro variant will feature 5000mAh battery just like its predecessor. So it is expected that the non-Pro variant will also feature same.
