One of the most anticipated Nokia Smartphones of 2018 has finally arrived. The Nokia 8 Sirocco has launched at MWC 2018 and this launch also brings back the high-end Nokia Sirocco naming from yesteryear.
The Nokia 8 Sirocco features a 5.5-inch pOLED Quad-HD resolution display with 18:9 aspect ratio. There is also Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection for the display.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 835 CPU and Adreno 540 GPU along with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Storage space can be expanded using MicroSD card up to 256GB.
The device runs the stock build of Android 8.0 Oreo and also is IP67 certified for water and dust resistance.
There is a dual camera setup in the rear of 12MP+13MP and also a 5MP front-facing camera. The fingerprint sensor is placed below the camera modules in the rear.
The 3260mAh non-removable battery supports both Qi wireless charging and fast charging.
The Nokia 8 Sirocco is priced at 749 euros (approx. Rs. 59,533 or $920) and will be available from April 2018 in an only Black color variant.
