Android 8.0 Oreo is now Official!

Late last night, Google officially announced the next Android version update in New York. The Android 8.0 version will also be called Android Oreo. The latest Android Oreo software update will start hitting supported devices in the months to come.

Talking about statistics, 12.3 per cent of all Android devices run on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system whereas the latest Android 7.1 Nougat covers 1.2 per cent of all devices. Android Marshmallow dominates the chart with a 32.3 per cent share and the older Android 5.1 Lollipop covers 21.8 per cent and Android 5.0 Lollipop covers 7.4 per cent of all devices.
