Xiaomi staged a flash sale for its white-colored Mi MIX in China, and as expected, the phone went off the shelves in just 60 minutes. The new Pearl White variant was sold at a half price alongside the basic black model of the device, the Xiaomi Mi 4 and the Mi Note 2.
What gave a peppy touch to the entire sale saga was the pricing algorithm of the devices. While the standard version was available at the cost of 3,999 yuan ($582 roughly), the white version went on sale at a price of 3,499 yuan ($509 roughly), which is 500 yuan cheaper than the former.
The sale was exclusive to China. For those who missed it, Xiaomi is coming with yet another superb flash sale along with a new smartphone Redmi Note 4X on February 14 i.e. Valentine’s Day.
