Xiaomi Mi 6 spotted on Geekbench with 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 SoC

Xiaomi officially confirmed that Mi 6 is launching on April 19th in China. The company also declared Mi 6 will be a beast in terms of performance and design. Now a few hours back Xiaomi Mi 6 has been spotted in one of the popular benchmarking site Geekbench.

According to the Geekbench listing, Xiaomi Mi 6 features msm8998 motherboard which is nothing but Snapdragon 835 processor. The Snapdragon 835 SoC can be clocked up to 2.45 GHz but this listing shows Mi 6 will be clocked at 1.90 GHz which means the device will be optimized for good battery performance. On a single-core test, it has surpassed 2006 points while on multi-core test it reached 6438 points which are really good.

The device which is spotted is having 6GB of RAM and running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. According to the previous leaks, Mi 6 is expected to feature a 5.15-inch Full HD almost Bezel-less Display with a 19MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. While the Mi 6 Plus will have a 5.7-inch Display with 12MP Dual rear camera setup and 8MP front-facing camera. The internal storage variants are likely to be 32GB/64GB/128GB. Under the hood, Mi 6 will have a 3200mAh battery while Mi 6 Plus will have a 4500mAh battery.
