Vivo X9s and X9s Plus with Dual Front Cameras announced

Vivo has announced their flagship smartphones X9s and X9s Plus in China. Let’s check out the specs.

Vivo X9s comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1.59 mm narrow bezels on the sides. The device is protected by Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. The internal storage is 64GB which can’t be expanded. Out of the box, the device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with Funtouch OS 3.1 on the top.

Vivo-X9s-and-X9s-Plus

The device comes with a 16MP rear camera with LED flash, PDAF. While on the front, it has a 20MP+5MP Dual camera setup with soft LED flash. The fingerprint sensor is placed under the front Home button. Under the hood, the X9s has a 3320mAh battery with fast charging support to keep the lights on.

Vivo X9s Plus, on the other hand, comes with a 5.85-inch Full HD AMOLED display. The device is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 653 processor with 4B RAM and Adreno 510 GPU and 64GB onboard storage. The storage can’t be upgraded.

X9s Plus has the same camera specs as X9s. The Plus variant comes with RK1608 DSP for processing RAW captures. Under the hood, the Plus variant has a larger 4015mAh battery with fast charging support.

Vivo X9s comes with a price tag of 2698 yuan ($396) while the Plus variant is priced at 2998 yuan ($440). Both devices come in Matte Black, Rose Gold, and Gold colors. X9s Plus will be up for sale from 8th July. While the X9s will be up for sale from 20th July.
