Previously, it was revealed through a teaser that Gionee will be announcing Gionee S9 on 15th November. Gionee has released one more teaser regarding Gionee S9 handset. The new teaser conveys that the handset will sport a front-facing LED flash in order to make the selfies better in the dark.
Two days back, two live images of upcoming Gionee S9 was also leaked. Coming with a full metal design, Gionee S9 will carry dual rear cameras in the back and a physical Home button in the front. The physical home button might also work as a fingerprint scanner.
The device was already certified by TENAA and it also featured in a benchmark database so we more or less know what to expect. Gionee S9 will come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display. Being powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 chipset along with 4GB of RAM, the device will carry a 13MP front camera and a 13MP and a 5MP rear camera at the back. Being backed by a 3000mAh battery, the device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow offering internal storage of 64GB.
