GFXbench has revealed that Samsung is working on a new variant of the Samsung Galaxy J1 smartphone and named this device Galaxy J1 mini which is bearing a model no. SM-J105F. Lets see the specifications of this device.

According to bench the Samsung Galaxy J1 mini will come with a 4.3-inch (800×480 pixel) display. It will be powered by 1.5GHz quad-core CPU with Spreadtrum SC8830 chipset. It will have 1 GB of RAM along with Mali 400 GPU and 8 GB of internal memory. The device will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
There will be a 5MP rear camera with LED flash. On the front there will be a 0.3 MP front facing camera. The device will feature accelerometer, bluetooth, GPS etc.
There are no further details on bench but The Zauba (a website which tracks India’s import and export) has revealed the price tag of INR 3,368.
