OnePlus X is now globally official as well as in India. Lets take a look at the specifications of this smartphone.

The OnePlus X comes with a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display with 441ppi pixel density. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device is powered by 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor along with 3GB RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. The internal storage is 16GB which can be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD. The smartphone is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop with OxygenOS on the top of it.

The device has 13MP rear camera with LED flash and phase detection autofocus featuring with Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR mode. It can shoot upto 1080p resolution video and 720p Slow Motion video at 120fps. On the front there is a 8MP camera with f/2.4 aperture to take selfies and video calling purposes.

The X version supports Dual Hybrid SIM (nano) which let you use the microSD card in the second SIM slot. It also has 4G LTE/ 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone weighs around 138 grams. It has got a 2525mAh battery.

The Company has introduced five different cases made from Rosewood, Black Apricot, Bamboo, Karbon and Sandstone. The device comes in two variants, Onyx and Ceramic. The two variants are differently priced. The Onyx variant has been priced at Rs. 16999. This variant is made up of brushed anodized metal frame and has a glass back. The limited edition Ceramic variant has been priced at Rs. 22999. The company only made 10000 units of this ceramic edition. The Onyx version will be available exclusively on Amazon starting from November 5 and the Ceramic version from November 24. However, you will need an invite to buy the device but the open sales will begin from the second month of December(expected).
