As expected, Moto has finally introduced its new smartphone Z2 Play. This smartphone comes with new Moto Mod connectors and 5.99mm ultra-slim aluminum unibody design. Let’s check out the specifications of this device.

Moto Z2 Play sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by Octa-Core 2.2GHz GHz Snapdragon 626 processor along with Adreno 506 GPU. In terms of storage and RAM, it has two variants- 3GB RAM with 32GB memory and 4GB RAM with 64GB memory. The memory can be expanded up to 2TB with microSD. Out of the box, Z2 Play runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
At the back of the device, a 12MP camera is placed which comes with dual-tone LED flash, Dual-Pixel Autofocus, Laser Autofocus, f/1.7 aperture and 4K video recording. On the front, it has a 5MP camera with a f/2.2 aperture, dual-tone LED flash. The handset supports Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE and it also has a Fingerprint sensor placed at the front home button. Under the hood, the device has a 3000mAh battery with Turbocharging facility.
The company has also introduced some Moto Mod connectors. Moto GamePad which gives you a manual control while playing a game on your smartphone. It has dual analog joysticks and D-pad controls and a 1035mAh battery.
Another mod is JBL SoundBoost 2 mod to enhance the audio experience. It has double stereo speakers with 1,000mAh battery which offers up to 10 hours of playtime.
The Moto TurboPower pack comes with 3,490mAh battery inside it. It can charge your phone up to 50% within 20 minutes. There is also a Moto Style Shells which gives you Wireless Charging facility.
Moto Z2 Play pricing starts at $499 and comes in Nimbus Blue, Lunar Gray, Fine Gold colors.
