Meizu is ready to announce its new budget oriented smartphone Meizu E2 on April 26th in China. The company has started to send invitations for the event. Last month E2 was certified in TENAA with a code name Meizu M612C. TENAA revealed some expected specs of this device.

According to previous leaks, Meizu E2 will sport a 5.2-inch HD display. It will be powered by Octa-Core 1.3GHz 64-bit processor. The device is expected to have three variants- 2GB RAM with 16GB storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The internal memory can be expanded up to 128GB with microSD. Out of the box, Meizu E2 will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based on Flyme OS 6.0.
The rear camera is a 13MP shooter with dual-tone LED Flash while the front-facing camera is a 5MP shooter to take care of the selfies. This smartphone will support VoLTE, Hybrid Dual SIM and fingerprint sensor placed at the front. Meizu E2 will have a 2930mAh battery with fast charging technology. This device will come in Silver, Grey, Gold and Rose Gold color variants.
The official specs and pricing details to be known on the launch date. The event will take place in China at Beijing Performing Arts Center at 3 PM.
