HTC Bolt with Snapdragon 810, 3GB RAM, Android 7.0 now official

HTC has announced their new smartphone which is believed to feature the fast download feature thus named with World’s fastest man “Bolt”. The smartphone went official in the US and will be sold exclusively by US carrier Sprint. The endorsement features World’s fastest man Bolt.

HTC Bolt comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD Super LCD3 Display, a lit bit bigger than HTC 10. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. The internal storage is 32GB which can be extended up to 256GB using MicroSD card. Out of the box, HTC Bolt comes with Android 7.0 Nougat with HTC’s Sense UI.

HTC Bolt features a 16MP Camera on the back with dual-LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and OIS. The camera can record up to 2K videos. On the front, it has an 8MP Camera which can record up to 1080p videos.

HTC Bolt is IP57 certified dust and water resistant. The device has a Single SIM (Nano-SIM) support with 4G VoLTE. It has a Fingerprint sensor placed on the Power Button. Under the hood, the device has a 3,200mAh battery Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 support for fast charging. The device is also certified for Sprint’s 3×20 carrier aggregation. Unfortunately, HTC has removed the 3.5mm Headphone port from Bolt.

HTC Bolt is priced at $600 and comes in Silver, Black colors. The device is available to buy from today.
