20 Years of HTC: The Company Marks The Special Day With A Milestone Video

Taiwanese giant HTC has been basking in the glory of ‘pursuing brilliance for 20 years’, and has come out with a wonderful video celebrating the occasion.

HTC flagged off its market run on May 15, 1997, and launched its first-ever Android smartphone, namely the G1, which was counted among the best saleable products of those times. The current flagship U11 was announced a few days back which seems to be very promising.

The journey, however, wasn’t smooth-sailing. HTC squared up to the challenges of failure and survival, including the depressing sales levels, but dropped the seeds of its renewal with the U series of devices last year and overcame obstacles.

For the uninitiated, HTC unveiled the U Ultra and U Play smartphones in 2016 and U11 in 2017, which are received well by the audiences.
