Beijing Intellectual Property Board examination finds the copyright infringement and ordered Apple to stop selling both iPhone6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Lawyers said that for the first time Apple products will face ban in China!
However, Apple is not convinced in this decision and appealed the court to revoke the decision. The court has taken the appeal of Apple. Apple’s Lawyers believe there is the significant difference between iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus from 100C.
